Milk spots?

My LO is just over a month old, he’s had a few spots on his face which have now spread to his neck, chest and head. Assuming they’re milk spots / baby acne, a couple go after a few days then more will appear and he’s got a little cluster in between his eyebrows which also now has dry skin. What can I do to get rid of them or is there something in my diet I need to get rid of? Google is contradicting

My baby was born 14th November so also just month old & is exactly the same accept none on his body. My previous children were the same at same age. I’m not aware there is anything u can do about it but from memory it doesn’t last long at all. It’s to do with hormones I believe. My baby looks quite hideous at the moment! 😆

omg I have a November 14th baby with the same symptoms! Doc said he gets overheated and rashy. It usually happens when we fall asleep after he breastfeeds on my skin...we both get sweaty and there's milk and yeah.. when we wake up his face and neck are covered in splotchy bumps.

Our little boy is similar. He is 10 weeks old now. Started both cheeks then cleared up and now it’s around his eyes and around his nose, cheeks and chin. It looks so sore but doesn’t seem to bother him. We asked the doctors when he had his jabs and said it was baby acne and it will go away by itself. He also said boys are prone to getting it because of our female hormones in him when we were pregnant. I called again today because I was worried and sent them a photo. They said it was baby acne and not to use any creams and just clean with cool boiled water because anything else can make it worse x

Yeah its totally normal for them to go away and then new ones to appear. Their skin is still learning to expel stuff from their bodies like ours do just without the pimples. But sometimes I still get pimples too 🤷🏽‍♀️
