Has anyone had this whilst pregnant? I am only around 9 weeks and I’ve read it should be avoided but I’m currently not feeling very well, been in bed since I got Home from work, had over an hours sleep, I’m warm, really really bad gas which makes my tummy feel not right and sickly feeling.

I didn’t know!! I’m on my second pregnancy and had an emergency section first time round as baby got stuck. Apparently now, because I had a section fully dilated I’m a higher chance of preterm birth for subsequent pregnancies. I had no clue it was a thing and now I’m a bit worried!
