Hello, wondering if anyone has a good c section workout plan they are using thag is manageable with a newborn . I need to rebuild my core to support my back but currently I don’t feel my core muscles as I did pre- c section. I’m 7 weeks pp. Also, has anyone used the postpartum belt? And is it effective?
