Does anyone know if having endometriosis / severe pain with endo during pregnancy is considered a high risk pregnancy ?

I am 9 weeks right now. I don’t necessarily have “morning sickness” but I am in a state of constant nausea. Food does not sound good hardly ever and when I do eat, it only sits well for about thirty minutes before my stomach is twisting and on the verge of making me throw up.
