My 2 yr old has figured out how to unlock doors as well as some of the child locks we got for the front door. I want to get a lock on our door that he can't reach. He figured out some baby gates too... our house is right on the road. 1 car length away.

How much would you pay an hour a family friend who comes around to your house to look after your 1 year old baby very rarely during the day? And they offered they really wanted to look after my baby and didn’t ask to get paid. Im looking for advise?

For working parents of Nov 2022 babies, when would the 30 free hours kick in for us? Is it when they turn 3 years old or from September 2025? Do we need to apply for it as a separate thing to the already 15 hours we get?

If yes how many days a week and do you think it’s good for them? Also how on earth do you get them, yourself ready and get out the door for nursery/work in morning?!
