I just don't understand how anyone is holding down a full time job and having g a child a preschool where they are looked after usually from 9am - 3pm. What does your work schedule look like? How are you getting around this?

If you have your child in an in-home baby sitting while you are at, do you pay when your child is not there? Like if the child is scheduled for 4 days a week and is sick two of the days, do you still pay the sitter?
