Hi everyone! I’m a FTM and I’m curious what everyone is doing about childcare when heading back to work. My husband is remote and my role gives me the flexibility to be somewhat remote but I’m trying to figure out what I should do. What are others doing? My LO will be 5 months when I head back!

Is it just me or does anyone else hate the look of every nursery they visit? I'm getting so stressed out by this as need to sort childcare for my baby boy but hating every nursery I visit 😩

I’m currently getting 15 free childcare hours, like most. My son goes to nursery 3 days per week (9.5hrs per day/28.5hrs per week) so when the 30 free hours comes in, in September 25 does this basically mean I get free childcare?! Surely not! Can anyone help me to understand this please?
