I would love to speak to someone about BLW - some tips, help & general information 🥰 My son is 11 months and I’ve been so scared to introduce finger foods and now I want to start slowly

My daughter has 4 teeth now and can eat solids just fine, but she tends to be picky on the times she's hungry. Which leads me to quickly make formula for her. It seems to satisfy her and don't get me wrong, I'm always trying to feed her throughout the day. But is it REALLY that big of a deal she only eat solids now?...

Anyone else's baby absolutely hate being spoon fed? She will happily feed herself things she can pick up and sometimes will have one or two spoonfuls but then refuse to be spoon fed at all. Clamps her mouth down and turns away. Does anyone else's baby do this?

So my LO is now 6 months and started to give porridge but she won't open her mouth to take the food. She don't like the taste so tried mashed banana and still the same reaction. She acta as if she don't know its food and spits it out. How can we go past this?

Do you offer food options to your toddler or do you just serve them something without asking. I feel like we are giving him too much choice cause he is starting to not want a lot of foods cause he can communicate what he wants...feeling like I should be more strict with what I offer
