When did you introduce spicy food to your baby. I cook a lot of spicy food. I have started to introduce very mild spice to my son. I will usually give him what I made but tone it down with some sour cream or water it down. It's only been about 3 times he's had spice. My husband thinks we should wait till he's older ...

Does anyone elseās just turned 1 year olds like to throw their food on the floor? He does it with complete disregard itās hilarious! But on a serious note, is this normal?! He eats most of what he wants to eat but just picks up things and lobs them (water bottle included)!! I hope this is just a phase cos I canāt fa...
Most kids go through nuggets and fries phase but mine is going through a cotton candy grapes and mixed vegetables (peas, carrots and corn) phase. I have seriously only gotten her to very little other than this.
I can see our 4 weeks old is leaning towards food, like she wants to try some. My parents are saying it's okay to start them on purƩes when they are so little, not to replace any feeds but to get them just a little bit to introduce them to new tastes.. not really sure whether she should be trying anything just yet, ...
My boy is 17 months and I feel like he can't stop eating. He loves food. He'a tall baby. But I wonder if someone's little one is same. He is starting to have a small belly
Could you please share typical things you give your 14/15 month old in a day? Eg what kinds of things do they have for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks? Thanks!
How do you get your son to eat? He doesnāt try things from my fork, he barely touches anything off his plate that I serve him. He eats breakfast and nibbles snacks for lunch instead of lunch because he refuses actual food and for dinner he wonāt even eat a chicken nugget or a fish finger any more.
Plus salad for us
I like the weekends but all my hard work throughout the week goes out the window. My toddler and husband woke up before me and I found him eating pop tarts (straight sugar) and watching cartoons from 6am-now close to 9am. I know my toddler & sugar with tv in the morning is not a good combination! He gets oversti...
He only has 3 top teeth and 2 bottoms so I'm nervous to give him stuff like pancakes or other recipes I see online. I just feel like he needs more teeth to actually chew lol. We tend to do alot of porridge (what we call baby food mixed with rice cereal) he likes eggs and berries but doesn't do alot of "real food" (1...
What do you give your LO for lunch? We are on stage 2 of purƩes at the moment. Did you drop a feed when introducing lunch? Thanks!
Anyone else's child refuse to eat new foods? My little girl will eat like 3 meals max! I can't get her to eat anything different! Nothing new no matter what I try!
Anybody elseās 3-4 year old always hungry?! Heās really tall for his age and I think growing again. I feel like all I do at the moment is make food. He's 6 months and has serious food Envy any time we eat. He's only just started having a little bit of banana porridge in the evening and I'm so scared of him choking if I offer him bits of our food...how are you guys managing this?
How much are your babies eating? I'm doing BLW and pretty much LO doesn't eat hardly anything. He puts things in his mouth but barely consumes much at all. Should I be worried? LO is almost 8 months old. Not dropping formula at all and I can't see how there will be a progression to actually eating 3 meals a day! LO ...
My little boy has always been a great eater, by the last few days he has started to spit his food out. He has a few mouthfuls of whatever he is eating and then decides to spit it out, even with things that we know he loves! Is this happening to anyone else, or can anyone offer any advice? Hoping it's just a phase!
