Lunch box ideas

So my lo starts his new pre school in January but it's packed lunch (healthy) can some mamas give me some ideas what you pack for your child's lunch? (That's if they don't have provided meals from school that is)

Toddler not eating

My 18 months old has decided he no longer wants breakfast lunch or dinneršŸ„². Iā€™ve tired everything possible such as separating his food / putting him at a table instead of the chair and just leaving it on the side so he can pick at it. He gets really upset when I try feed it to him and will then go ahead to refuseā€¦

Solid food

My almost 8-month-old baby isnā€™t eating well, and Iā€™m feeling a bit stuck. When I try spoon-feeding purĆ©es, he barely takes 1ā€“2 spoons, and thatā€™s after a lot of effort. Most of the time, he just shuts his mouth and refuses to open it. If I offer finger foods for baby-led weaning (BLW), he either throws the food or ...

High chair refusal

My little one will not sit and eat in her high chair!! This has been getting progressively worse over the last couple of weeks, and now the only way she will eat more than a couple of mouthfuls is if she is stood up - then she will eat the whole meal! Please tell me this is a normal phase and will correct itself

Weaning

Hello, bit of an embarrassing post. can anyone recommend any easy recipes or a cook book for babies meals? Baby led recipes preferred. Me and her dad are awful at eating properly and more often than not we have takeaway or freezer food (pizza, frozen chicken etc). Iā€™m a really fussy eater so me just giving baby wh...

Anyone elseā€™s little one hate fruit/veg?

Any tips on how to get a 13 month to eat fruit and veg, she is terrible she just throws it off her plate all the time, sheā€™s extremely funny with texture she doesnā€™t like anything wet/slimy such as a banana or melon etc. The only veg she will eat is broccoli either in a cheese sauce (she LOVES cheese) or in a egg m...

Weaning struggle

Iā€™m finding it so difficult. My baby is 7 months and one week and has zero interest in weaning. I keep seeing people post that their baby is on three meals a day and honestly I canā€™t even get my baby to have a mouthful. I feel like Iā€™m failing her. Some days I just donā€™t even try because itā€™s so difficult and usuall...

Too much food?

I am finding weaning a bit of a minefield. Baby is on 3 meals per day, a snack and 3 7oz bottles which I was told is perfect and recommended at his recent review. Heā€™s 7 and a half months, a big boy (9 5 at birth) and loves his food. I didnā€™t get him weighed at his review but the nurse said looking at him she wouldn...

Finger foods

Iā€™ve been feeding baby purĆ©es and have worked up to small chunky textured food. Heā€™s not a fan of big bits of food like scrambled eggs or big bits of pasta, heā€™ll just spit it out and will not try again, but I suppose thatā€™ll come in time - but Iā€™m keen on giving him finger foods. We have tried steamed broccoli and...
