For those whose baby is using a spoon independently, how did they master it?

What time of the day are you introducing food to your little ones. Also are they on one/2 and so on meals a day. My baby was sick for a week and completely went off bottles and milk but now she seems extremely hungry and can eat porridge and a veg puree for dinner

Hi mamas, I keep trying solids for my baby but she honestly just does not seem super interested.. are they supposed to be eating a lot of purées / finger foods at this point? My little one will not sit and eat in her high chair!!
