Why do they sleep like this? 😂
Has anyone else dropped from 2 to 1 naps and found that their baby is waking more overnight as a result? I don’t know whether it’s coincidence. He was fighting 2 naps a day, so I’ve dropped to 1 but now he’s waking more overnight and I’m not sure what to do. Any words of wisdom / advice greatly appreciated!
Hey, so as soon as my little one turned 6 months we transitioned his next to me to a cot. Since then he has refused to sleep in his cot for naps and night sleep. Other than the cry out method I’ve tried everything to get him to sleep independently. Even the naps now have gotten worse sometimes he wants to be held th...
Sometimes my baby boy is fast asleep then does a loud cry, wakes himself up then once he is awake he stops? I am holding him while this happens so maybe that’s why he stops when he wakes up as he knows I’m there. Could this just be because while he’s asleep he doesn’t realise I’m there? Or is he having a mini nigh...
The past few nights, baby has been waking after 5 hours sleep and has been hard to get back down to sleep. Previously baby slept around 9 hours straight. Baby will now only go back to sleep after having a bottle. Does anyone have any tips to stop baby waking and wanting a bottle in the middle of the night?
Anyone else struggling with their baby randomly waking up screaming? My daughter was sleeping through the night and has been for 2 - 3 months now. All of sudden, she started randomly waking up (different times every night) screaming. We take her a paci and lay her back down, but she just cries until one of us goes a...
My baby wakes up around 5am, has a feed and goes back to sleep until 7/7:30am. But because of the feed he isn’t hungry when he wakes for the day and not really interested in his bottle at all. Does this happen to anyone else? I’ve already reduced the bottle from 8oz to 5oz but it hasn’t made much difference
Our LO is 4mo and we’ve done sleep shifts since birth. LO sleeps downstairs and one of us goes to bed/other on the sofa and then we swap. It’s getting beyond tiring and uncomfortable now. She only contact naps on us in the day too and doesn’t like to be in the next to me. We’ve tried bath time, stories, massage, eve...
So my baby is 8 months old already and I still can’t manage her sleep schedule. She still sleeps next to my bed in a bassinet, her bedtime is only when we go to sleep which is late. I really struggle with early mornings. How do you make yourself enjoy them more? My baby obviously loves a 6am wake up and I don't want to be grumpy mum for her 😂 tips please!
I've seen it suggested to buy a new mattress for each baby when reusing your side sleeper/ crib for baby 2,3 etc. Just wondering who has followed this guidance?

Anyone else’s baby insist on sleeping like this? 😂🤦🏻♀️ I put him in his next to me feet to bottom in the centre every night and every time I wake up, he’s like this. Constantly have to keep moving him back!
Just curious what other September babies are doing. How much food & milk does your babies have? & what is their nap/night sleep like? I feel like my baby eats so much in the day but still wakes up for a feed in the night and then up for the day at 5am 🙃 Looking for suggestions/anything I can do differently?
My little boy has never been a good sleeper. He's 18 months old and had silent reflux as a baby and is dairy intolerant. Solid bedtime routine. Follow wake windows or tired cues. Daytime naps between 1 hour or 2 hours. Can't extend anymore if only 1 hour. Bedtime used to go down after some milk no issues and we got ...
What are the disadvantages of nursing to sleep? And how to transition from nursing to sleep to independent sleep?
Can anyone give me some advice on early wake ups, my baby is 7 months old and is constantly waking up at 5am. I’ve tried to reduce his naps to 3 per day, I’ve pushed his bedtime to be 8pm, we have white noise and black out blinds. Has anyone else had this and managed to stop it?
