I'm still building confidence to BF publicly, but found the Family Room in the Oracal an amazing spot to feed while out. Where else in town are there dedicated spaces for babies to feed and change?
So my EBF baby took a man bottle at 2 weeks no issue but suddenly at 6 weeks is refusing anything we offer, bottles and dummy alike. I have tried a mam bottle and a cheap bottle from b&m baby event, dummy’s we have tried mam, tommee tippee breastfeeding, tommee tippee cherry tip, nuk and the nuk breastfeeding ones a...
For those with little ones about to turn 2 or already have. Are yours still on blue top milk? And if so how many oz per bottle? My little one is 2 in two weeks and still has 9oz of blue top before bed and in the morning. Is this too much? Should I swap to green top?! X
I’m going to be quite vulnerable but I need to just get this all out! It will also be quite long but any advice or your own experiences are greatly appreciated! I had my little one by emergency C-Section on the 24th and have had a really rocky start. My induction took 5 days and was in one day prior so was alread...
Did any of you girls did a protein shake diet during breastfeeding to lose weight? I mean replace 2 meal with the shakes, it is safe? Did effect milk supply? I’m 9 months into breastfeeding and I can’t lose weight so I’m think to go on this route, any suggestions? Thank you
Whole family is sick but my 2 month old. It’s a bad one too. Body aches nose throat. Not fun. I even lost my voice. Baby is not liking that 😂 I’m not sure if it’s okay to save milk when you’re sick?? My kids are 2 and 3. So instead of saving the milk he doesn’t eat in a day. I just have been giving it to them…
Hi! Just a bit of background, with my first pregnancy i leaked constantly from about 30 weeks and was successful in harvesting colostrum on multiple occasions i then went on to successfully breastfeed with no issues. Im now pregnant with baby no 2 (about 2 years since finishing breastfeeding) I’m 37 weeks pregnan...
I really need some advice here please - if you are struggling with the same or been through similar things please, cause this breaks my heart 😭 Shortly put, my baby transitioned from combined from day 4 to combined: expressed breastmilk + formula until 1 months, and since he's been on formula only. Last week or…
So, i stopped pumping at 11w pp. I'm now 17w pp and still producing milk, so I figured I'd go back to pumping, build my supply back up. WHY DID NOBODY TELL ME PUMP PARTS GOTTA BE REPLACED??? Ohhhh but pumping and nursing is free. BRUH.
Whenever my baby feeds there seems to be a lot of let down. My boobs produce way more milk than he needs and he almost ends up choking on it from how fast it’s coming. I try and give him rests in between but he gets so sleepy feeding and it’s literally impossible to wake him up. Advice? X
Just handy to get an idea as we're on anything between 4-6 times in 24 hours.
I’m 36 weeks atm and I’m trying to decide whether to get a pump before baby is here or wait until I establish breastfeeding. I would like to eventually pump to have a supply that my partner could help with feeds but not sure what to do. Anyone any advice or recommendations on what they did.

Hi, I had my LO at 37 weeks. I’m currently in the hospital as she needed antibiotics. I’ve been breastfeeding for the past 24 hrs and made sure to not let it get past 2 hrs before she had a feed but now I’m being told I need to pump and top up with formula because she’s 37 weeks even though she’s had plenty of dirty...
Moms, when are you planning to stop breastfeeding? My baby is almost 6 months now, and I’m curious to hear how long you’re planning to continue! Did you set a goal, or are you just going with the flow? My breastfeeding journey was not the easiest however its getting easier by time thankfully🥹
Hi ladies. I had a very traumatic birth and lost a lot of blood and also ended up going under general aesthetic. But it bought me my beautiful boy so I’m greatful. It left me with a slow to arrive milk supply and now my milk is here I’m not producing much. I’ve had to resort to introducing some top up formula as...
Anyone else notice their LO off their milk when starting weaning, I started a couple weeks ago and she’s seemed less interested in milk, she’s only have one meal a day varies either morning time or later afternoon, and sometimes she’ll have a snack as well. Just worried as she isn’t eating loads of food and off her ...

Is this normal when breastfeeding? I wasn’t expecting my period back until after I had stopped 🙄 I had a c section
I’m not sure why but is there a way to avoid this?
