Hi just a question

I don’t know if it’s normal or if anyone else has gone through this but has anyone one else been so emotional throughout their pregnancy or is it me like I cry over the littlest things sometimes

Colic vent sesh:/

4 1/2 week old at home and we’ve tried EVERYTHING to help the fussing and screaming. Gripe water, gas drops, sensitive formula, even suppositories! Nothing helps. As soon as he eats he just screams. Not sure what to do. We feed him sitting up with slow feed bottles. He burps but just won’t settle. No amount of rocki...

PPmom

Being postpartum is like being in an aquarium tank. With 100s of people walking through and watching all of the fish swimming by, mesmerized by the beautiful coral reef structures, while you’re just drowning, struggling to surface, for a gasp of air, while slowly fading away. But nobody sees you, they see what they ...

Looking for ways to cope with my emotions

I can’t stop this feeling of being so overwhelmed everyday. I know that everyone tells me that this is part of motherhood and that I’ll learn to get on with it but I don’t understand how to deal with my feelings and not lash out. I’m trying so hard to keep my feelings under control, but I don’t have the heart in me ...

Need to vent for my own sanity

My baby turned 6 months on Monday and she’s suddenly sooo demanding. She’s usually such a happy baby, happy to sit on the sofa, happy in her bouncer, happy on the piano mat.. but as soon as she’s hit 6 months she’s yelling CONSTANTLY. It’s like all she wants is for either me or her dad to hold her else she’s yelling...

What would you do?

I've sought support for a few things from my Health Visitor (UK) - potty training, poo withholding, meltdowns etc (lo is 3.5yo) and basically had a couple of visits where all the usual stuff was regurgitated at me... ERIC website, parenting government websites which I've read and been trying for some time. She bas...

How do keep your cool?

When you are on a call or in-person with BM, and she starts a discussion you weren't prepared for, how do you keep your cool? My husband and I are very emotional people, so when we feel upset about something regarding his son, it shows. We try to stay calm, but it's so hard because of the way she makes us feel, espe...

PP Hair Loss

Okay, everyone warned me about hair loss, but I feel like it’s worse than I expected. Everytime I run my fingers through my hair I’m getting 10-20 hairs falling out. When I brush it, the brush is full. This was after brushing it after a shower last night. I know it’s normal, just freaked me out a little bit.

I never understood why some moms feel pressured into having a full face and hair done before, during, and after GIVING BIRTH.

I think we can get a pass for looking crazy lmao.
