Pelvic floor therapist

Currently 34 weeks. Would it help my birth/labor to go see a pelvic floor therapist for a couple weeks? Would love to hear peoples experiences with one. It intimidates me lol

Due to money and just believing my husband and I can do it without a doula, is there anything else I need to do to prepare for birth? Or anyone have any tips on podcasts, videos, etc?
