I wonder if anyone has done the same or thought about it. I cannot believe it and am still confused as to how this is possible ?! Myself and my partner have what's considered "good jobs"bin London, both working full time and reasonably well paid to survive at least and cover the basics with 1 child now. Also, I actu...

Any stay at home mums? And if so what is your daily routine staying home with baby? And have you got any plans going back to work in future?
I just saw my job posted on indeed. I’m not 100% sure if one of my coworkers left or is in the processing of leaving but I wanted to know if I can get fired while on disability?
Can anyone tell me if I went on off work due to pregnancy sickness and stress, would my maternity pay be affected? I read something about your qualifying week at work and they look at 8 weeks of pay and if you’re below £123 a week you wouldn’t be eligible for SMP. If I got out on sick pay I’d be on less and I’m wo...
Want to start trying for baby number 2, but just started a new school in September so when would be best to start trying to ensure I get full maternity pay not just SMP.
Hi everyone, Just wondering where do I stand in terms of pregnancy related absence. I have HG which caused me to be off for 2 weeks before the Christmas break. I can feel it returning and I’m worried about missing more days as I’ve missed a few days here and there. Can I be called in for disciplinary while signe...

Hi mummies. Any ladies here running a small business? What type or business do you run? How's it going so far and how have you been getting customers? 🙂
Not eligible for SMP, but sent maternity allowance forms off. How long did it take for anyone to hear back with a decision from them? 🙃
Is it better to pay off debt or save money first?
I returned from maternity on 13th January. I have just got a new job and start on 3rd May. I thought I needed to return to teaching for a minimum of 13 weeks, so as not to have to pay back OMP. So I thought a 3rd May start date would be fine. However, I have re read my contract and it states: OMP is paid on th...
is anyone else in the same boat as me? i have no money and don’t get any until the 11th of this month luckily have enough milk for my baby but can’t afford money for heating (my windows are broken so it’s freezing) i am a single mum and i feel like such a bad mum because i have no money but as long as she is fed and...
If you're comfortable can you please share your profession and why you love it?
Does anyone on here know any remote jobs? Ones that are not scams?
I'm Canadian and obgyn services, blood test, giving birth and post birth baby care is all free. For people outside of Canada or any country that doesn't have free healthcare, how much are you paying to give birth??? I just saw a post that it was 2k+ like??? That's crazy to me lmao
My obgyn asking me to make 4 x500$ payments for the upcoming delivery. (According to what my insurance covers this would be my estimated out of pocket). This is very strange to me because when I delivered in NJ I never payed more than 20$ a visit and then got the bill after the delivery.
If you were a SAHM for a number of years (more than 2), did you find it easy or hard to get back into the workplace again?
