Free childcare hours

I’m hoping someone can help! My little girl currently does 1 day a week at nursery and we use some of our free 15 hours for that day. We have just come to do our declaration for the next three months but it’s saying we won’t receive the hours whilst I’m on maternity leave. Does anyone have experience of this?

Help me make a decision please 🥹🥹

So I’m using my holidays in January so I’m back to work in February. Would it be better for baby if she starts nursery in December or January? I would feel comfortable knowing she is fully settled and comfortable going to nursery before going back to work otherwise I would always be worried. What’s your opinion?
