Discharge throughout pregnancy

Hi, has anyone else had regular discharge throughout their pregnancy? I know they say it’s normal from second trimester but I’m now 35 weeks and fed up of having to have some tissue in my pants all the time! If I don’t have tissue there I constantly feel like I’m wetting myself a bit and pantyliners make it feel like it’s sitting there rather than being soaked up so they’re not very comfortable. Does anyone have any other tips for coping with this or is it just me?!

I’m exactly the same! I’m 35 weeks tomorrow and I’ve had constant discharge throughout my whole pregnancy. The only thing that helps me, is using panty liners, it’s not as bad then x

I produce quite a fair amount which is bloody annoying! I would try different types of panty liners, not all are the same. I use body form slim fit ones and have got on with them since the start x

@Caitlin I’m usually like this! I avoid always because of this reason. Defo try the body form slim fit ones xx

I'm in the exact same boat too and have had it allll the way thru the pregnancy too but I keep getting masses amounts of it like every other day and it gets really annoying. I wear pads PLUS a bit of tissue 🙈 I unfortunately naturally do suffer with it a little bit though when not pregnant which doesn't help I guess 😩 so your not alone darling x

You tried reusable sanitary towels?

I’ve had discharge every single day from around week 10… I’ve had to use panty liners since then I use bodyform ones too and they’ve been ok but yes, it’s all very annoying!

I’ve still got this at 32 weeks I feel like I wet myself it’s that bad. I was starting to think their was something wrong.

@Mia I’ve not tried them specifically while pregnant but I didn’t really get on with them when using for my periods because it doesn’t soak into anything and made me feel messy

Thanks for all these comments, it’s a relief to know I’m not the only one! I’ve also now tried some body form pantyliners and they’re better than the ones I used previously/tissue in pants - so thanks for the recommendation. Not perfect but makes it a bit more bearable!
