Ttc after miscarriage

Hi everyone, I have a question with regards to ttc after miscarriage. Can I track my ovulation after the bleeding stops and get pregnant? Also should we try or should i wait a period cycle? TIA ❤️

Hi, I’m so sorry for your loss ❤️ I started tracking ovulation the day I stopped bleeding. Technically, you can get pregnant again once your doctor clears you. But from my doctors and personal experience, it’s best to wait at least 1 full cycle so that your uterus heals and your hormones regulate.

@Stephanie im sorry you’ve also experienced this. It’s such a hard thing we go through. Thank you for your comment. Im leaning twds just waiting a cycle so that my uterus sheds and hopefully better luck next time.
