I didn't even realize this was the February group.. sorry and high protein meals jello me with a little sugar to keep me going
Eat! Lol. I drink coconut water a lot which has some sugar. I keep squeeze fruit pouches in my bag and by my pump area if I need a quick boost before my blood sugar drops too much. Protein bars here and there. Overnight oats/oatmeal, chia seed pudding with fruit 😀 yes to the protein, good fat stuff like coconut milk, avocados

@Margaret yeah sometimes I eat oatmeal but I feel I'm not full until I eat meat 😅
@Alexandra I sometimes don't even have time to prepare my meal so I eat whatever is on sight 🤣
Lol I have 2 kids, so PB&J’s are all my toddler wants for lunch right now. If I’m making meals for him, I may as well feed myself too😂

Yep hungry all the time. Have healthy snacks throughout the day between meals. My fav snack at the moment is crackers, onion & chive cream cheese and smoked salmon.

@Alyssa me too I literally work from 7:30-5 typically I don’t have time to eat but yet I can’t lose any weight regardless
