Leaving current post

Hi, needing some help. I’m currently in one NHS zone but looking to go to another NHS zone after maternity. Do I have to pay back maternity or because it’s still within NHS I don’t have to pay back? Thank you

I think it says in the mat leave conditions document (check on NHS intranet) that you don't have to pay it back as long as you remain an NHS employee.

Are they both agenda for change contracts? As that's a 'No' you don't have to pay it back
