Severe hypothyroidism diagnosed at 8W

Hi Mummas, I was recently diagnosed with severe hypothyroidism close to 8W pregnant and I’m really scared at the effects it may have had already with the baby, reading through google. My TSH was 45.9 mIU/L and T4 7.5 pmol/L Started medication and a week later it’s improved but still high TSH 10.4 and T4 10.4 In addition, I was diagnosed with GDD at 15W, with pre existing hypertension. I know there’s not much I can do other than managing and being healthy but I’m now 16W and I just can’t help but worry that I’ve put the baby at a huge risk and I’m really scared that this have caused irreparable damage. This is my 2nd pregnancy. I did prenatal bloodwork before but it looks like my GP missed the thyroid test. Has anyone had healthy babies with little to no developmental issues after being diagnosed late into the first trimester?
