I’m a colour technician so do this for a living, I would definitely say the darker colour as it compliments your skin tone. Plus you have dark eyes. The other colour in my opinion as a little bland in comparison xx

The dark looks amazing!! Maybe you can try highlights in that color if you want a little change or you can try a different haircut!
