Multiples?

I’ve seen a lot of women say that when the dark lines shows up as soon as you pee on the test (which happened to me), it means your Hcg is really high because you’re having multiple. Is this something to believe in? lol

With my first, the line showed up straight away and was dark and gave birth to a healthy little boy. It might be true but was never the case with me.

This happened when I was pregnant with both my first and second. I also heard that strong lines could mean girl pregnancy. Worked out to be true for me both times, but not sure if there’s any truth to it for real.

Surely it would depend on at what point you’re testing too,and how sensitive the test is? So testing at 14dpo with a FRER you’re gonna get a much darker than than at 10dpo with a less sensitive test etc

My tests showed up straight away when I was 3.5 weeks! I knew really early. I also thought the same thing about having twins plus being 36 when you’re older you can release more eggs. However I only had one.

@Sarah found out at 5 weeks

@Linda I would expect a test that dark at 5 weeks 😁

@Alana oh okay haha it’s my first pregnancy so I’m soaked into all the myths

If it was that dark at 4 weeks then I would be thinking multiples 😅😅 although they say the darkness of the.line doesn't equate to HCG I think it must do as mine got darker and darker each day x

@Sarah it happened with a lady and her twins 😂

@Linda 🙈

@Sarah 😬😅
