Tesco brand tests. Possible positives?

I have been testing for a few months now. All other tests have shown absolutely nothing in the test area. I was a day late for my period this month and decided to take a test, there was a very faint line in the test area. Tested again today and got the same result. The top test is an old negative, the bottom two are new “positives”? I’m going to call my doc on Monday to double check. What do you girls think?
