Faint line and then negative

I used a blue dye test its SUPER faint by my husband can see it too. I thiught maybe it is a shador on the window so I did look at the back by opening it and can see the same faint line there then I go amd get more tests test again using red dye and blue dye early normal and digital testing all are negative. I am kinda heartbroken does this mean I was just seeing things. I tried to get a picture but I can not get one for the lofe of me. I am cramping and have some spotting I thought it was my period which is like 5 days early. So I was shocked. HELP!
