My doctor would only do IUI with medications

Yes, I've had 5 IUIs.

@Brittany that’s fine! We’ve been stuck at just taking clomid and tracking with baby dancing around ovulation. We are wanting a little more intervention than this because we don’t think this is going to work.

@Taylor did you suggest it or was it your doctor? I’m not sure on how to bring it up to my doctor that this is what we are wanting to try.

Are you working with a fertility clinic? If you are just working with your GP, they can probably only do clomid. But a fertility clinic would definitely be able to do IUI. My fertility clinic brought it up as a choice for us. But it was our decision. I've done 5 now in the last 9 months. I've been doing just plain medicated (letrozole) cycles in between the IUIs. This 5th one was our last one, though. We aren't going to do anymore after this. I'm in the 2 week wait now.
