Conceiving after removal

Hey everyone! So I got my implant birth control removed on the 19th of April. We did 😏 on the 21st & 23rd and following. My app says I’m 6 days late. I’m wondering If I got pregnant after getting implant removed. If possible. Or if period is just late because of implant removal. Took a test on 2nd day of missed period. Came out negative. Any ideas ?! When should I test?
