Should I test again?

So, I’ve had inconsistent periods due to PCOS for the last couple of years. Last April, I started to get regular periods with 30-40 day cycles, and my cycles started to get closer to a regular cycle length. With help to my supplements and vitamins, I am having a regular and healthy seeming cycle. Me and my partner are also TTC and have been for a little over 2 years as well. This month, however, I am 3 days late for my period. This hasn’t happened in a year. I took a test 4 days ago and there was a faint line but I just thought that it was an indent line (hadn’t taken a photo due to this reason) and I wasn’t late at that point. I do have a few symptoms, like dizziness, headaches, a little nausea, hot flushes, increased appetite, irritability, tiredness, my Ribena tased weird earlier today which caught me off guard as it was a new bottle only just opened and made (I got my partner to try it to see if I was going mad and he said it tasted normal), and I’ve had some sharp but light cramping on my lower right side (and I don’t normally get cramps at all, let alone consistent ones like this!) I don’t want to tell my partner that something might be going on until I know for sure😣 But now I am, so I’m curious, should I test again?
