Mine isn't either but she has a speech therapy referral after her 2 yr check up
My son knows his name but can't pronounce it. He's able to say some of his friend's names like Ella and Nora. We try to practice sounding out his name. He refers to himself as "me" or "I".

My son just recently started saying his own name fully.
my 2.5 year old knows her name but won’t say it
My daughters name is really simple so she says it all the time, but can definitely see how a kid with a longer/harder name would struggle. Does he try to say it, or use a nickname?
Yes took a lot of practice if he wants a certain toy I will ask him to repeat what I am saying. I say it slow and make him look at my mouth so he can see how I pronounce it for example my name is Orion. Or I have a car on my shirt. My dogs name is Matilda. It wasn't easy he was really resistant at first but the more we did it he's gotten alot more comfortable with talking.
My two year old only says a few things clearly and apparently they’re wanting him to do speech therapy. I thought maybe it was normal 😭
