Does when you take a test really make a difference?

Hey, I know that it’s often said it’s best to take a pregnancy test first thing in the morning as that’s when the hcg will be strongest, but I just want to know if really makes a difference? I’m not due on my period until Friday but I’ve been getting a lot of symptoms over the last week. Done a few tests and most of them went positive but not in the timeframe it says to read. All went positive within a few hours though, not days. Did one late last night which went positive after an hour, but the test I did at around 11am this morning was negative (and has stayed negative too) I’m so confused 😩

i’m having the same experience. i usually don’t see anything right away. i’ve been pregnant twice and i never get a definite positive test until the day my period is suppose to arrive. my period is due friday also. hopefully we will get good news soon.

If your positive doesn’t show up with it the time frame then they are technically invalid and probably more like evap lines.

Are the symptoms similar to your period symptoms? I wouldn’t go off anything after the stated time frame :( try again Friday when your period is due as any HCG will have doubled by then x

This is tricky because the line has colour, maybe just keep testing? X

I’d try a different test and use FMU and read within the results file only. Pop us an update. X
