Why lonely? Get out for walks, read, watch movies, go to the gym, etc. There are so many things that you can do to feel up your days.
Third trimester kicks your ass but definitely get outside every day, even just a 10 minute walk can make you feel better than you think. It's no miracle solution but every little helps. Go through your "watch later" lists, get through movies you wanna see. Let yourself have a cry occasionally, it's good for you. Hydrate. A BIG one for me was listening to podcasts. Makes me feel like I'm hanging out with friends and is especially helpful when I don't have the energy to engage in conversation, cuz you're not expected to contribute, just listen and maybe laugh a little. If you need a mama to talk to, I'm around too! May not be your thing but I used adult colouring books a lot while listening to podcasts, still do. You've got this. If you're worried about how you're feeling, speak to your midwife for sure. My health visitor was super worried about me for a while, but I'm doing a lot better now.
