Ofc these foods are good to eat but in excessive amounts may cause problems.
Also fried foods ,sugar etc
Sex can cause yeast infections (including finger and toy use). Not sure if you use tampons, but I stopped using them and I stopped getting yeast infections. I use regular body wash, though.
I definitely cannot use feminine wash at all. It gives me the yeasties everytime. Have you tried boric acid suppositories? They are my go to for bv or yeast infections. I use dove sensitive (the body wash works best) and caress hasn’t given me issues. I just wash the rest of my body with dial soap for the first wash and my whole body with dove (including the labia etc). I don’t use wash cloths downstairs. That also gives me the yeasties. I part with my fingers and clean every section in detail. This works for me. My husband and previous partners always comment on how I don’t ever smell.
@Lativa I don't use wash cloths down there either I just use my hands. I use to use the suppositories in the past I don't remember why I stopped using them tho.
When I was a teenager my mom ALWAYS made a huge deal telling me I HAD TO use feminine wash down there, & I could never figure out why I always had the worst yeast infections until my Dr told me to stop using the wash down there, & just start washing with water. I have not had a yeast infection in over 10 years since I started just washing with water.
Honey pot 🙌🏾🙌🏾 use the sensitive to start.
I had recurrent yeast infections and BV when using feminine wash. It throws off your natural PH levels, resulting in the infections. My doctors recommended that I use Cetaphil gentle cleanser for sensitive skin! I haven’t had ANY issues ever since! :)
I only use water to clean down there. No tampons. Natural fibre undies and commando at night. Have sex but no semen aka get him to cum elsewhere or use condoms. I haven’t had a UTI or thrush since before Covid.
It may be because of what you’re eating. I know at this point saying that is cliche but it’s true. What you put in your body shows the most in what comes out of your body. “Some foods may increase the risk of yeast infections, including: • Foods with yeast: Such as cheese, beer, wine, breads, cakes, and pastries • Foods with sugar: Such as white flour, rice, and high-sugar fruits like bananas, grapes, and raisins Gluten foods
