Positive?

I’m 4 weeks post miscarriage (at 9 weeks) I’ve had some spotting and cramps which feel just like implantation felt in my last pregnancy. Does this look positive at all to anyone? I have no idea when I ovulated or anything. Last time in my last pregnancy I was sure my test was negative but it turned out it wasnt. See photo of that test in comments.

@Emily thank you. I will do 💕 someone on another post said they think it’s still from my miscarriage which it could be but I had done another a few days before which was stark white so I don’t see how it could be
