Chemical pregnancy?

I would call your dr to have your blood drawn . Your test could have been diluted depending on when you took it and how much you had to drink beforehand .

I had positive tests for a week and the next morning I had not pregnant on a digital, I started bleeding that evening xx

I’m so sorry but it does sound like what I experienced with a chemical pregnancy.
