@Callie I think I’m just more afraid of how intense I have it just because it’s been 6 months of having this. Hopefully it’s not as bad I think it is because I’ve been already told that I have a higher risk of preterm labor due to my placenta
@Angelina fortunately if it is a staph infection there’s tons of treatments, creams, pills, sprays etc. your OB will get it taken care of, but definitely recommend getting it cleared up before baby comes if you plan on breastfeeding just to make sure baby doesn’t get it too.
@Callie hopefully it gets treated starting tomorrow! I was planning on exclusively pumping because I don’t really like the feeling of breastfeeding as for my first daughter it wasn’t really a good experience
Looks like maybe you do have a staph infection, they’ll take care of it, but if it is it can spread, so don’t get the liquid on your hands and then scratch other parts of your body, it’s super contagious.
