My first was a whirlwind of crazy. She’s 6 and still doesn’t sleep through a whole night. High energy always on the go and did nothing but cry as a baby never settled. I’ve had so many people tell me the second can be more challenging but I’m hoping my second will be my calm child 🤣
@Tanya same for me! My first slept through the night from 5 weeks old, latched and breastfed perfectly, and has always put himself down to bed/for naps and never had any sleep regressions, never suffered with jabs or teething! We got SO lucky. I just know this little girl is going to be the opposite 😂
@Aimme I hope for you too!! Yep, everyone tells me 2nd babies are the feral ones and that girls are harder than boys 😬
My daughter has been mostly good since she was born, good sleeping, good breastfeeding, good eating... pregnant with my second, a boy, and I have the fear that this journey will be totally different, and not in a good way!!🤪🤯
My first is a wild one so really hoping I’ve got a chill one the second time round lol! Honestly I love her to bits but 2 of her would probably write me off hahaha!
Yes! Our 2 year old boy is an angel in every way and worried our 2nd will be a little devil 😂
Yes 🙈🙈 we often joke about this too because we have been so lucky with our son he was such a laid back baby everyone did the whole “oh you wait …” and each phase and age he’s just carried on being chilled. So we’re like wow what have we got coming to us next 😂
Nah mine is the opposite. I had a "difficult" baby so hoping the next one will be chilled but if not then nothing I can't handle hehe
Me! Our first baby is a great sleeper, slept through by 5 months, could fall asleep independently consistently by 6 months. Every transition which is meant to be difficult has been easy for her. Only one sleep regression. Terrified I'll have a different experience this time 😬
