Some offer average pay spread over so many months too
I think the general 8 weeks full 18 weeks half pay plus smp seems to be a general rule across most nhs trusts I know. I have met so many people who get 6 months full pay from other private work places… nhs isn’t as great as they make out!
The % and weeks are the same across the nhs as part of agenda for change but it’s a % so the more you earn the better your maternity pay will be. Also if you do overtime or unsocial hours in your qualifying weeks you will get more money
