Anybody else having their c-sections today!?

Same! Last on the list for the morning block so just waiting . . . Getting a bit more nervous but nothing like I was expecting! Staff have all been amazing so far 🤞🏻 good luck x

It didn’t 😭 had a very frustrating day - they had some major complications in theatre before my turn and we got forgotten in the handover process from morning to afternoon and after chasing for hours we were told at 7pm that we’d been pushed back and it definitely wasn’t going to happen . . . 24 hours with no food, no sleep the night before and no communication since 9:00 in the morning meant we were not best pleased. Would have been different if we’d been told sooner but no one could give us a definitive answer all day! Very sad to have not been able to meet our boy yet but we will try again Tuesday @Amy hope yours went better than mine? X

@Samantha Awww no that’s awful, did they rebook you back him and is baby here now? Ours went to plan, he was born at 11:01 on 28th, glad he’s here safe and sound… now to tackle recovery xx
