Any tips?

Had my mc just over a year ago and have had no luck with ttc. Have been taking maca root, folic acid and b12, any advice or tips?

Definitely 3 all of these together plus the folic acid . I’m hoping it will bring your rainbow baby 🩷 we have been ttc for baby number 2 for 2 years . Got pregnant in October 2022 , lost the baby at 6 weeks . Around April 2023 we started taking the supplements and I found out I was pregnant in June . Sadly lost that baby in September 2023 at 17 weeks due to issues with the umbilical cord. Started taking the supplements again around February time , found out I was pregnant in April x

@Nicol im so sorry that happened to you, i hope you have a smooth easy pregnancy❤️we are trying for baby 2 now aswell but you’ve given me hope x

Try adding co-q10, omega3 with DHA and ashwaganda into supplement mix - I was taking for about 4 months before I finally conceived (15 months after a MC) I also randomly read to eat pineapple for five days after ovulation day. This seems to have worked for us (still very early days). And my partner works away so we actually only managed to get in one baby dance during the fertile window too!!
