I'm so sorry this is your experience! Every kids temperament is different and your pediatrician should not be making you feel this way. I would most certainly find another - I know this is hard. But if you're always feeling demoralized I'd wonder how great the care is ?
That is perfectly normal Garima. Kids are like this and you are doing a great job. Everything will be fine. Amay will grow out of separation anxiety soon. Hang in there! Sending some positive vibes! There is purecare clinic in langley accepting new patients. I have been there and doctors are good. You can try finding a new family doc for your LO.
@Taylar Thanks! Appreciate your response.
@Stacey Thanks Dear! Yes, he does that each time. We're seriously considering switching to someone else even if it's hard to find.
@Lyndsay Thanks for sharing! I agree about each child being different but in my personal experience all medical professionals here have a generalized viewpoint. They don't even consider race and genetics. We'll be asking for a new referral from our physician soon. I wish to find someone better.
@Nikita Thank you so much Nikita for your kind words! We're satisfied with our physician so will ask him to refer to a new pediatrician. This doctor has tons of bad reviews and has made so many parents feel like shit.
Our pediatrician always makes us feel stupid and incompetent so I can relate to mean doctors. Separation anxiety and anger is totally normal for the first 2 or 3 years.
