How did u find out/ know you were pregnant other then your miss period

i just figured because i was NOT being precautious at all. took the pregnancy test like 2 days before my missed period and jaw DROPPED
For a few days I felt off 5 days before my period was supposed to be missed so I took a test it came back positive instantly little did I know I was pregnant with twins when I was 11 weeks got an ultrasound done and found out about the 2 babies I was so excited then I had another ultrasound done at 12 weeks and found out baby A hasn't grown since 9 weeks and was 3 weeks smaller than baby B so now I only have 1 baby actually growing and baby A will just be absorbed by baby B. Baby B has a heart beat of 158 bpm

❤️ I missed my period by 2 days. That was not a concern for me as I never had a regulated period. But I had this feeling that something was different, something was going on, so I had an instinct that I had to take a test… and i was right.
I was going to all-you-can-eat sushi for my friend's birthday on the day I was supposed to get my period. I tested just in case (we had been trying for about 6 months) and it was positive! I ate a LOT of crab rangoons that dinner
