We’ve been trying for our second child for a few months now with no luck.
Does anyone have any tips?
It was so easy to conceive with our first, but this times proving a bit trickier!
Upped my fitness/activity to 3-4 times per week, as did OH
Both started running
Folic acid and supplements every day
We both went onto a low calorie, high volume of food focusing on the nutrients
We tried for 15 months, changed my lifestyle, and got pregnant 9 weeks after improving that part of my life. Xx
To conceive my first we BD every other day, this time I did the SMEP method which worked quickly for us.
