Funded hours stopped??

Does anyone know if this letter means my funded hours has stopped? Long story short - we sent my husband’s Unique tax reference to HMRC, but we foolishly sent it without recorded delivery so they never received it. Meanwhile I had a secure message on the system which I didn’t read !! The message said I should provide the information by a certain date. As I saw a message after the deadline, I was advised that my funded hours will end. I sent a letter confirming what has happened and the attached below was received today
