I’d say get a second opinion! Bring one of the diapers with and/or show pics? Better safe than sorry. You’re doing good, mama!

Order occult test from Amazon. And keep testing at home. Other allergens I eliminated: beef, oats, wheat, all milk products
This so looks like food allergies.
My baby had a severe dairy protein allergy and had blood in his poo just like this so something is still irritating your baby’s intestines for sure.
@Danielle same here...the same
Maybe gluten ?
I would ask about other allergies to test for something is still irritating her intestines
Our little one had blood as well and they were confident it was a dairy protein allergy. I was breastfeeding so I stopped eating any dairy, and the dr said I should also stay away from soy as those tend to go hand in hand. They said most babies grow out of the allergy, and ours did. I’d keep bringing diapers to the dr if it continues though. We brought in a bag of poo every time we went! Good luck!
Not CMPA or IBS?
Agreed re soy - the proteins in cows milk and soy are very similar, we were advised to cut both out and turns out my daughter has a more severe soy allergy than her dairy allergy.
Also agree on marking this s sensitive please, I’m in early pregnancy with hyperemesis and don’t need anything to set me off more 🤢🤢
Could it have been from the immunisation jabs? My LO had bad diarrhea for a while after they were given along with the oral drops for rotavirus. I found the most random foods triggered my LO to have upset stomach while breastfeeding, cucumber was one even. Hope you can find the answer soon x
With allergies the blood in poo comes from the lining of the gut being irritated. Once you eliminate the trigger food it can take up to 6 weeks before symptoms resolve, and the last symptoms to resolve are normally nappy symptoms like this as it takes a while for the gut to heal. The lining will still be irritated for a while even though you've stopped eating eggs and milk.

Unpopular take, but check that the blood is actually coming out in the poop and not from her baby lady parts. Baby girls have been known to bleed if there are hormonal or other issues.
Definitely get a second opinion.
Maybe there's an additional allergy, beef is a common one.
