Need some advice please

Hey gals, looking for some advice on what to do next. So me and my partner have been TTC for 2 years now and haven’t gotten anywhere yet. I’ve had my bloods done and hormones tested and they came back normal, I had an ultrasound to check for PCOS or anything else but came back clear. I am looking for advice on what to do next for myself. What tests can I try and get to check my fertility please? If anyone can help me out would be greatly appreciated. It has taken me a lot to actually post this 🤦🏼‍♀️please help me out xx

Ugh mate this is rough. I’m so sorry it’s been a longer journey for you. Can your husband look into any fertility testing? I keep seeing some at home fertility testing on my insta ads. Hertility I think? No experience with it but didn’t want to read and run. I hope someone else can help. And I hope you get your bfp soon xxx ❤️

Thank you 🩷and thank you for your help. He is in the process of getting tested, just want to try get myself some more tests also but no idea what to do next for myself tbh. I appreciate your kind words xx

If you and your partner have no other children either together or apart they should definitely refer to fertility specialists now to do more extensive testing for you both. So might be best to speak with your gp and ask for a referral asap as wait times can be long. Have you been testing ovulation to make sure that you are definitely ovulating? As you can still have regular periods but may not be ovulating x

This is gna sound random but get tested for coeliac. I heard if you don't know you have an intolerance to gluten it can mess up your autoimmune responses. If your body is inflammed and in attack mode it can really interfere with ttc.

@Charmaine thank you so much for this, I would never have thought about this being the reason but just looked it up and honestly it’s a possibility. Going to call my doctors tomorrow and ask to be tested 🩷 xx

@Joanna Thank you, we both don’t have any kids and I do track ovulation but just not getting anywhere. Going to call my doctors tomorrow xx
