Kind of yes. Depending on the dept. it’s inbound and outbound. The customer support dept will have certain work to reach out to follow up with inquiries like new customers and service requests, tech, not sure, and here in scheduling we call to set up appointments from providers, and events our account managers will do, service appointments, confirm them 2 days before, and check in on service quality. Actually in our meeting right now we have a tier 1 customer support management positions open up so usually we try and fill those internally but the position that fills that should have an opening

I can’t guarantee 20/hour, but I do work for captioncall WFH. You can look through indeed or LinkedIn under either captioncall or sorenson communications. Sorenson provides video relay services for those needing sign language interpretation and under captioncall a captioning phone for those with hearing loss and benefit from reading the words. Trainer position is in field work just so you know when speaking to someone.
