How do you cope with random outbursts of frustration?

First time mum-to-be here (11+5) and I'm really struggling with being at home all the time and the random outbursts of frustration and irritation I've been getting. We have no clean washing because we don't have a washing machine. We don't have the money because the DWP have pushed my tribunal date back AGAIN. I'm so stressed to the max right now and I've just spilled pepsi all down myself and now I have no clean pyjamas. Im on the brink of tears, please someone tell me it gets better

It will get better

If you have family are they able to help wash your clothing ? , if you have good credit you can do buy now pay later for a new washing machine ? , try get out the house . Even if it is in pyjamas .

@Khloe we usually take our washing to my partner's mum's but we haven't done it in (clearly) too long. Nowhere to go because I have no money to get the bus anywhere since the pet insurances went out, and there's nowhere decent nearby to chill out at like a park as it's a rougher area and lots of rowdy teenagers. I just want to get my money back from the DWP so I can actually live a bit
