Less than a year. It took my period about 6 months to return and then 3 months later, pregnant.

I got pregnant on it

@Kimberly so it isn't trust worthy that ya won't get pregnant I just got on it just got my 2nd shot not long ago

@Chanel I think it's 96% affective. But not all contraception is a 100% I have now got the coil
