Meal prep service

Anyone ever tried factor meal service or any other meal plan service to help fourth trimester run more smoothly since there is not enough time to cook? Any recommendations?

I’ve used cleaneatz and lean kitchen! Neither are bad in terms of price or taste. I find them filling enough, but definitely still need snacks throughout the day. My husband says none of the meal prep services are high enough in calories to keep him full. He would always eat 2 or one with something else, so maybe keep that in mind depending on your appetite 😊

I think this is the one we tried, like factor x or factor _ right? "Never frozen always fresh"? We thought the portion sizes were too small(especially if BF), it was kind of bland, terribly cooked proteins and they started going bad after 2-3 days in the fridge 🥲

I LOVE factor meals. I use them a lot honestly.

Just tried factor. I hated it, it tasted like a frozen meal that lacked flavor

Not Factor, but similar. I've loved these with 2 young kiddos and my 6 week old. My favorites are the Greek orzo salad cold and the honey pecan chicken. https://jennifersawicki.le-vel.com/myfresh/menu

I like the factor meals! I will say that the portions are more “lunch sized portions” but solid for when you’re juggling a baby and want a hot lunch that’s ready in 2 mins

Yes! I use Mega Fit Meals (www.megafitmeals.com) after going through countless meal delivery services. This is the only one that tastes amazing, has a variety, can order bulk, great portions, and sources their food from quality distributors. You can also dm me if you want a discount. I loved them so much I asked to be apart of their ambassador team!

I have tried factor! Honestly in my opinion, they’re good and they taste good but I don’t think the quantity of food justifies the price. I used them during my last pregnancy when I couldn’t cook because of the smell/idea of it 😂 I also used it when I went back to work after that baby. Also if you’re pumping/breastfeeding there’s definitely not enough food per portion to keep you going.

I really enjoyed my factor meals. Regarding the size, I can’t confirm if they would be filling for a regular person, because I have a smaller stomach due to Bariatric surgery. I also used to freeze some of them, if I thought I wouldn’t get to them in time. Worked out fine!
